Products sold by CARGO GRIP SLINGS are not manufactured by CARGO GRIP SLINGS.  We are a distributor of industrial products produced and supplied by trusted third-party manufactures.  These products are provided “AS IS”.  CARGO GRIP SLINGS does not certify warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranty of merchantability (general use fitness), warranty of title, or of non-infringement of third-party rights.

When using products sold by CARGO GRIP SLINGS, user should be familiar with manufacture’s product description, all applicable safety & operating guidelines for products intended use, and any regulations and/or laws as defined by OSHA and/or other agencies.  All products distributed by CARGO GRIP SLINGS are to be used at the user’s risk and we cannot guarantee that the product purchased meets users requirements.

CARGO GRIP SLINGS shall not be held legally responsible for any damages to property or life associated with the use or misuse of products sold.  The purchaser/user of products sold by CARGO GRIP SLINGS shall preserve, protect, and hold CARGO GRIP SLINGS innocent from and against any and all liabilities, claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the purchaser/users negligence and/or misuse during the purchase, use, or application of any product.


Shipping Policy:

CARGO GRIP SLINGS orders typically ship within 3 business days via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.  However, other comparable carriers may be used.  If you require next day delivery, please call our office to discuss delivery options and cost. Order processing & shipping times can range from 3-14 business days depending on product availability and shipping location, but in some cases can take up to 4-6 weeks. Please include a complete and accurate shipping address for all orders as customers are liable for additional shipping fees resulting in incorrect/inaccurate shipping addresses.  On rare occasions, an additional charge may apply depending on weight.  If so, CARGO GRIP SLINGS will contact you of any additional charges before shipping.


Order Confirmation / Tracking:

After your order is placed and payment confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to you to confirm your order.  A follow-up email with tracking information will also be sent once the product is shipped.


Items sold by CARGO GRIP are subject to state sales tax based on shipped to address.

Billing Policy:

CARGO GRIP SLINGS accepts major credit cards.  All online orders are processed through a third-party partner online merchant with encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. Prices and charges are listed in US Dollars.


Return Policy:

All orders are nonrefundable. Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for a replacement


Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged, and you do not receive a response from the shipping carrier, please contact us within 10 day of expected delivery for assistance.  Be sure to inspect shipment for damage and missing products and send details along with pictures to sales@cargogripslings.com .  Reference your invoice and tracking numbers.
